PERSONAL STATEMENT

I am looking to secure a Senior Director level position in Integrated Marketing where I can put my professional knowledge to good use, while simultaneously developing my skills. With lots of practical experience creating 360 campaigns and pitching custom marketing ideas to our clients; I am confident in my ability to lead a team and continue to create fun, thought-provoking, and engaging content for Advertisers while increasing Sales.

MY PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

There are so many people in the world who never have the opportunity to pursue the career they love. I’m not one of them! I love what I do. Since starting my career in New York, I’m thrilled to have had the opportunity to learn so much from experienced professionals within the industry.

 

With over 8 years of combined experience in original content, digital, social media, brand marketing, event activation and linear marketing with a proven track record of developing engaging integrated marketing solutions, I am excited to see what projects could benefit from my unique skill set.

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

INTEGRATED MARKETING MANAGER - VIACOM

March 2016-March 2018

Create custom 360 Marketing programs in response to RFPs and execute those programs once sold. Pitched and executed over 40 programs ranging from $500k to $5 Million. Executed the first ever tent pole 360 camera convergent program in the history of Viacom Networks.

  • Create pitch decks in response to RFPs, which include brainstorming innovative ideas for advertisers that will work across our networks and/or per network. Pitch these ideas to our clients in person to completely sell through the idea.

  • Work as the Production Point for various shows to ensure that we are delivering custom co-branded content that resonate with our viewers and that will yield a high ROI. Responsibilities include: vetting ideas for pitches with production, working with Production on treatments and/or scripts for our programs, creating and maintaining timelines to ensure everything is delivered in a timely manner, and talent selection.

  • Execute multiple programs across our linear channels which include creation of custom vignettes and bumpers, in-show integrations and in-show lower third graphics, managing budgets, legal and production contracts, on-air delivery, and managing the production on set.

  • Activate social and digital programs across our O&O sites which include custom digital video content, digital games, social programs including working with Influencers and/or network talent and social promotion including paid post.

CAMPAIGN MARKETING MANAGER + PRODUCER - COMPLEX MEDIA

March 2015 - March 2016

Executed multi-media and multi-cultural marketing strategies leveraging Complex Media’s 100+ digital sites, original content, branded content, social, mobile, custom ad products, experiential and print offerings. In addition to managing budgets and ensuring legal compliance across all programs.

  • Managed daily workflow process for digital campaigns including producing timelines, collected assets from agencies/clients, oversaw creative approvals, monitored sponsorship delivery, and managed the overall success of each campaign.

  • Executed and managed sold through concepts and added-value programs, including bespoke videos, print advertorials, sweepstakes, custom media units, digital components, etc.

  • Managed communication and built consensus with a wide range of internal stakeholders including Branded Content, Video, Print, Social Media, and Linear to realize program ideas on a deadline.

  • Successfully executed over 20 programs totaling over $13 million dollars in sales for brands including but not limited to: NBA Playoffs, MTV, Sprite, Cîroc, Jordan, Macy’s, Home Depot, and Starz.

DIGITAL MARKETING/PROMOTIONS PROJECT MANAGER - TURNER NBA.COM

September 2013 - March 2015

Project Manager for over 12 NBA Official Marketing Partners as well as other advertisers which included development and execution of digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities included creating innovative proposals to support client objectives that also aligned with the NBA brand. Acted as the primary liaison between the client/agency, NBA, and internal teams to ensure that all deadlines were met and that we delivered seamless campaigns for our clients.

  • Created innovative multi-platform marketing campaigns that aligned with the client’s brand objectives as well as drive revenue for our brand.

  • Managed campaigns from start to finish by working across the organization and directly with clients to orchestrate successful sponsorships across NBA.com (desktop, mobile, and tablet), NBA TV, and NBA’s GameTime app.

  • Created supporting sales materials such as media kits, decks, and one-sheets, as well as provided assistance to the Account teams and Strategic Planning on development of digital media plans and wrap reports.

DIGITAL COORDINATOR - VIACOM EPIX

November 2012 - September 2013

Epix is a joint venture between Paramount Pictures, MGM, and Lionsgate.  In my role, I supported three departments within EPIX including Digital, Public Relations, and Social Media. 

  • Digital: Managed the EPIX movie app on PlayStation 3, Xbox, Roku, and I-Pad which included updating featured movie titles, tracking bugs, and submitting weekly status reports.

  • Served as editor and writer for the company’s weekly newsletter which featured press placements and movie news.

  • Performed daily updates on epixhd.com through the company’s content management system.

  • Social Media: Point project manager for blogger outreach which included writing press pitches, researching blogs, compiling list of blogs through GroupHigh, developing and maintaining relationships with bloggers, and compiling placement reports.

  • Tracked and reported analytics for Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram through Sprout Social.

  • Public Relations: Assisted the public relations team with planning and execution of the documentary screening of ‘In the Moment: Amare Stoudmiere’ which included managing celebrity and talent guest list.

DIRECTOR, INTEGRATED MARKETING - REVOLT TV

March 2018-Present

Ideated and executed over $4.5 million dollars in revenue with over $2 million in new business in less than a year. 

  • Manage internal team deadlines and processes to ensure on time delivery for our partners. 

  • Created first in class content for the network including REVOLT's first scripted branded content and the first three part artist driven series for the company. 

  • Create pitch decks in response to RFPs and proactive decks for the New York and Midwest based Sales team, with a success rate of over 67% sold through campaigns.

  • Created a new execution/production model which has streamlined the company's Sales and Integrated Marketing teams overall production budget and process. 

  • Integrated Marketing lead for East coast and Midwest based programs including but not limited to linear interstitals, digital and social campaigns, and on-the-ground activations.
